Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Projects Organized, a workspace for planning home projects run by Christian Sinatra (“we”, “us”). By using the website, the app or our text messages, you agree to them. Questions: hello@projectsorganized.com.

1. The service

Projects Organized helps people plan projects, track tasks, budgets and purchases, and communicate with contractors. The app is invite-only. It is provided as is, without warranties, and we may change or stop features at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in email secure and use the app lawfully.
• Only add contact details and send messages to people who have given you their details to discuss your project.
• You are responsible for your agreements with contractors. We are not a party to them and do not guarantee any contractor’s work, licensing or insurance.

3. Text messaging terms

• Program: Projects Organized project texts. Contractors who opt in receive messages about projects, such as quote requests, scheduling, questions and follow-ups.
• How to opt in: check the text-message box on our contractor sign-up form, or give your mobile number to a homeowner using Projects Organized to discuss their project.
• Frequency: varies with each project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@projectsorganized.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any.

5. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
